ELITE PRO AND ELITE PRO – High Intensity // 3-day CAMP
The Elite Pro and Elite Pro – High intensity Training Camps are designed for intermediate to advanced players to elevate their game to a new and higher level.
We provide players between ages of 17-23 an experience that mimics the NBA-level training, focusing on all facets of the game including skill work, strength and conditioning, competitive play as well as daily Yoga stretching sessions. Both Elite Pro training Camps require players to be in good shape and be prepared to be challenged mentally and physically. The ultimate goal for each player is to leave the camp a transformed, complete, confident and self-reliant Basketball player.
HIGH PERFORMANCE // 3-day CAMP
The High Performance Training Camp is designed for intermediate to advanced players ages 13-16 to enhance work ethic, skill development and Basketball IQ.
NOTE: Subject to performance, players will be offered the opportunity to move up a level.
Players will progress through intense, detail-oriented skill sessions with a focus on quality and quantity of repetitions at a high level and will compete against each other in all aspects of Basketball training. In addition players will participate in strength and conditioning training as well as daily Yoga stretching sessions. The ultimate goal for each player is to leave the camp a transformed, improved confident and self reliant Basketball player.
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT // 3-day CAMP
The Skills Development Training Camp focuses on Basketball fundamentals and is designed for beginners to intermediate players ages 9-12. Players will work on individual skills, team concepts, competition games and daily Yoga stretching sessions. The ultimate goal for each player is to learn the game of Basketball and develop skills as they progress to the next level.
