CODE OF CONDUCT
DBX ACADEMY and DBX WOLVES are black owned organizations.
DBX brings people together regardless of their race, colour, gender, age, sexual orientation, nationality or religion. We are committed to a working environment in which all individuals are treated with dignity and respect. Each individual has the right to work in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal opportunities and prohibits unlawful discriminatory practices, including harassment.
We are committed to a safe training environment for all players who train with DBX Academy, participate in DBX Camps and/or Clinics or join Basketball Club, DBX Wolves. All our Coaches have been granted a certificate of good conduct, the so-called “Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag” (VOG) in The Netherlands. Our (Guest) Coaches residing outside of The Netherlands have been granted the equivalent of the VOG certificate applicable in their country of residence.
Coaches and players should acknowledge the following;
- DBX expects coaches and players to treat each other with dignity, respect and sportsmanship on and off the court.
- DBX does not tolerate any form of discrimination, intimidation, bullying or harassment.
- DBX does not tolerate any form of aggression and/or inappropriate language.
- DBX holds the right to dismiss coaches or players who do not comply with the above without pay or Camp / Membership refund.
Coaches or players who feel they are subject to any form of discrimination, intimidation, bullying or harassment during Camp, please speak up and inform our Director of Operations, Marcia Graham.
