CODE OF CONDUCT
DBX Academy is a Black-owned organization committed to diversity, inclusion, equality and respect.

We are committed to creating an environment in which everyone is treated with dignity and respect and where equal opportunities are promoted. Discrimination, intimidation, bullying, harassment or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Safe Training Environment
DBX Academy is committed to providing a safe and respectful training environment for all players participating in DBX Academy training sessions, camps and clinics.
All DBX coaches based in the Netherlands are required to hold a valid Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) (Certificate of Conduct). Guest coaches residing outside the Netherlands are required to provide the equivalent background or conduct certificate applicable in their country of residence.
Expectations of Coaches and Players
All coaches and players are expected to:
- Treat one another with dignity, respect and sportsmanship, both on and off the court.
- Refrain from any form of discrimination, intimidation, bullying or harassment.
- Refrain from aggressive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate behavior or language.
- Contribute to a safe, positive and inclusive basketball environment.
DBX Academy reserves the right to remove or dismiss any coach or player whose behavior violates this Code of Conduct. Where appropriate, removal may be without entitlement to a camp and training fee refund(s).
Speak Up
Any coach or player who experiences or witnesses discrimination, intimidation, bullying, harassment or other inappropriate behaviour during DBX Academy training sessions, camps or clinics is encouraged to speak up and report the matter to info@dynastybasketballexperience.com, Mrs Marcia Graham, Director of Basketball Operations
