CONTRIBUTION & PAYMENT POLICY
The seasonal membership contribution should be paid in full by September 1, or at least one week prior to entering a membership.

We advise our members to pay the applicable contribution in time and sufficiently in order to participate. Please note that your payment obligation will remain in effect until you have followed our membership cancellation policy.
ANNUAL ADMINISTRATION COSTS
The club charges an annual administration cost of EUR 12,50 per membership which will be included in the membership invoice accordingly.
INVOICING & PAYMENT
The club will invoice the membership contribution incl administration costs upon receipt of the membership registration form. Payment is required by direct Bank transfer : IBAN: NL 67 INGB 0006 2310 64 (if applicable BIC:INGBNL2A) Attn. Basketballvereniging DBX Wolves, please include the invoice number, name of the player, team and applicable basketball season.
YOUTH SPORTS FUNDS & CITY PASS
Youth Sport Funds, so called “Jeugdfonds” support lower-income families to contribute in paying for annual sports club contribution up to a maximum amount of EUR 350 per child. For more information please visit their website HERE.
Please Note: Applications need to be submitted by an intermediary (e.g. teacher, social worker, sports neighborhood coach, culture coach, social district team). Please make sure to complete the APPLICATION FORM and submit to your intermediary.
AMSTERDAM CITY PASS, so called “STADSPAS”
The Stadspas is a minima pass for Amsterdam residents providing financial support and discounts. Stadspas contributes in paying for annual sports club contribution up to a maximum amount of EUR 350 per child.
For those who have an Amsterdam Stadspas, please make sure to provide us a digital copy of your (valid) Stadspas via email : email@example.com or bring your Stadspas to the Club. In case you don’t have a stadspass yet please find all information HERE and how to APPLY.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Basketball season runs from August/September until the end of June.
Cancellation of your membership is accepted in writing no later than April 30th of each Basketball season. The membership will end per July 1 of the applicable Basketball season. Cancellations may be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org Please state your full name, date of birth, team and the reason for your cancellation. Cancellations will be confirmed to the player by the club in writing.
Cancellations received after April 30th are NOT ACCEPTED
The player will remain a member of the club for the following season. The club will continue to reserve the right to charge the player, parent or authorized caretaker of the player the applicable seasonal membership fee. In the event that a player needs to cancel his/her membership during the Basketball year and/or after April 30th due to serious injury, long-term illness and/or disability, the club will cancel the membership upon proof of reason and as requested by the player.
